Shadowrun Returns is a classic turn-based RPG with 2D graphics, developed among others by Shadowrun inventor Jordan Weisman. In the dystopian Shadowrun universe there are both sci-fi technology and magic, mixed with cyberpunk elements. The battles are turn-based games inspired by the XCOM games. The atmosphere should be kept in the film Noire style.
